Brief Introduction
XS1110 serial are RTV organic silicone rubber, which can vulcanize naturally when meet the moisture in the air and become excellent elastomer. It has the following properties:
★Non-corrosive: Will not cause corrosion to the surfaces of articles.
★Odorless: The materials release no unpleasant smells or pungent cure by products even in the curing stage.
★Fast cure: Because of their short tack free time, these products are particularly suitable for using in assembly line production.
★Excellent bonding properties, bonds to most substrats such as metals, glass and some plastics without the aid of primers.
★Excellent Electrical Properties: Retains excellent electrical properties even when exposed to severe ambient conditions.
★Excellent Resistance to Temperature: Retains excellent mechanical properties and electronical properties over a wide temperature range (-60~300℃).
★Excellent Weatherability: Stands up to extended exposure to weather, ultraviolet light, ozone, and water. Deterioration from outdoor use negligible.
★Easy Application: Can be applied directly from tubes or cartridges and quickly cures at room temperature to a durable, reliant rubber.
Application Scope
Used for bonding and sealing of electronic components, appliance, machines, lightings, etc.
