The products of RTV-2, ( Room Temperature Vulcanization) belong to condensed bicomponent material, which is composed of both component A and component B. Component A is a base material and composed of dihydroxy polysiloxane and reinforcing agent (silicon dioxide and plasticizer).

l       Product Properties:

Mould silicone rubber is easy to use without heating or pressuring. It enjoys the advantages of good fluidity, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, stretch resisting quality, high tearing toughness, low shrinkage, more turnover times of mould, etc.

l       Applications:

On terms of the features of material and the designing requirements of users,  RTV-2 mould silicon rubber can be widely applicable to the manufactures like moulded products made of polyster, epoxy and polyurethane, decorations made of PU foamex, duplication of artworks, archaized furniture, artistic candles, artificial plastic and rubber, duplication of arts, artificial natural stone, shoes mould, illuminations, various mould materials for transfer printing forme, or directly applied to manufactured articles.

l       RTV-M products

The condensed transfer rubber is used for the surface printing of plastics and medals. It enjoys the advantages of abrasion resistance, distortion proof, oil seeping proof as well as good ink transference. The pad-printing rubber belongs to the bicomponent silicon rubber of room temperature vulcanization, which can be vulcanized and moulded at the normal temperature. The curing time depends on the dosage of curing agent. The more curing agent is used, the faster it hardens.

l       Method of Application

Please stir in the packing drum for 5 to 10 minutes before using pad-printing rubber.

Method of Storage:

Store it at a clean and cool place.
