l       Brief Introduction

UV2346 is an adhesive with low viscosity, high transparent, high performamce normal type UV light, and cure when meet light. It can cure and become a kind of high transparent elastomer in seveal senconds when expose to suitable ultraviolet light or eyeable light, what’s more, none sub can be seen. It can be used as embedding, sealing,cohesion, and it is ultraviolet radiation resistance, yellow resistance, shock resistance, impact resisance.

The product can be used to glass furniture, irish diamond ornaments, etc. It can realize the cohesion between glass, alluminium, stainless steel, copper and so on such metal materials.

l       Using Instructions

1. Clean the surface of articles to be bonded without oil marks and it should be dry.

2. Brush UV glue on one surface of article, then fond both faces, after that ,irradiate with suitable wavelength and power ultraviolet bulb, it must begin from central to around. Make sure the ultraviolet radiation can transmitt the bonding place fully.

3. During constructing, do not use full strength for extrusion or scrib the glass repeatly where need bonding. It is suggested to use the sale tools.

l       Notes

(I) Ultraviolet radiation cure speed depends on the strength of bulb, the depth between lamp-house and sub, or the sub clearance as well as substrate material’s translucent methyl propylene mixture.

(II) If it touches skin or eyes, immediately flush with water, no need other solvent.

l       Storage

It should be stored in cool, dry place, do not expose to ultraviolet radiation or sunshine, or it will produce polymerization. Immediately cover the cover after usage.The shelf time is 1 year under 32℃, if it store chill, can prolong the work life.
